Go boxing in Cebu!!!

 

Are you tired of studying? Take a break. Release all your pressure~

 

 

 

 

 

There are a lot of exercise you can do in Cebu. One of popular exercise is boxing.

I'm going to share a gym, TACTICAL FITNESS CENTER, just near IT Park.

They provide different items, kick-boxing, core, yoga, zumba.

They have different schedule class, so before you go there please check it.
 

 

想在宿霧運動嗎? 這裡的費用比起台灣簡直是佛心來著,而且種類也非常多種。

 

今天就要來介紹在宿霧非常受歡迎的運動--拳擊。

 

TACTICAL FITNESS CENTER是一間離IT Park很近的運動中心。

 

不論你想學瑜珈、Zumba、核心運動、拳擊這裡通通都有,是一間複合式的運動中心。

 

 

 

 

 

Actually, one class is only an hour, but it's really tired and it would exhaust all your energy.

In the meantime, it would sweat a lot and it's sustained until you finish the training.

Don't worry. Once you finish your training your brain would release a lot of endorphin to make you happy.

As if you are in seventh heaven!

 

 

事實上一堂課雖然只有一個小時,但是卻會讓你能量耗盡、大汗粼粼。

 

在訓練結束之前,必須要有堅強的意志(笑),這真的是一項挑戰人生極限的運動。

 

但別擔心,撐過訓練之後,腦內啡會給你異常多的幸福感,哈哈,並竟是高強度的運動啊~

 

 

 

 

 

If you are a beginner of learning boxing it's really fitting to go there.

The coach would be very careful to teach your boxing skills.

Also, they are all very kind. So don't mind making any mistake.

I think if you continue boxing you will be muscular!!!

 

 

如果你是初學者,請放心地來這裡學習。教練會很細心教你拳擊技巧。

 

並且請不要擔心犯任何錯誤,教練人都非常好(雖然長得有點兇兇的><)。

 

想要長肌肉的人,只要持續參加,相信過不了幾個禮拜,就可以看到肌肉的長大~

 

一開始,會先做一些基本的暖身操,然後教練會教拳擊的基礎動作,

 

straight, hold, keen, elbow, kick, push等等,並細心調整每個人的動作

 

這些基礎動作會先對著沙包練習,

 

之後教練會拿著拳把讓你做一對一的練習,

 

這時候就非常考驗個人的體力了以及反應,除了瞬間的爆發力還必須很專注在動作上,

 

因為畢竟自己是初學者,加上教練是說英文,有時候反應就會頓了一下。

 

但整個過程還是非常有意思。

 

 

 

 

 

Finally, I’d like to introduce Vicente Casido. He’s one of a boxing coach in the gym.

A boxing player is his occupation before he became a coach in this gym.

And he has already been a coach for 11 months.

He told me he will become a boxing player again this month.

I knew it's quite a dangerous and tired job that to be a player. Good luck for him.
 

 

最後,我要來介紹我的教練-- Vicente Casido,

 

在當教練之前他是職業的拳擊手,

 

但因為太累所以他先轉當教練調整身體,

 

在這個月之前,他說他又會變回選手。

 

說真的,當選手真的是一個非常累人和危險的職業,真心敬佩我的教練!
